
The Stockton Campus Library delivers services from two facilities on the Stockton Campus.
William Knox Holt Memorial Library and Learning Center
- Supports the education and research needs of the Pacific community including print and digital resources and instruction which supports all of Pacific’s academic programs.
- Located in the Library and Learning Center are the Center for Teaching & Learning, the Writing Center, General Academic Tutoring, Holt-Atherton Special Collections & Archives, The CUBE, Multi-Faith Meditation and Prayer Area, The Muir Experience and Starbucks.
Rite Aid Information Commons
- Provides resources and services with a focus on pharmacy, physical therapy, speech language pathology and dental materials. RAIC is located in the Edward and Alice Long Memorial Hall on North Campus. Learn more.
These facilities offer a variety of study settings, including carrels, large tables, lounge areas and group study rooms.
The Sacramento campus and law library serves both the University community and the McGeorge School of Law. The campus library cooperates with the University Libraries in supporting the education and research needs of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students and faculty by providing study and research space and partnering with Stockton-based reference librarians. The law library provides informational resources and instruction which supports the many academic programs of the McGeorge School of Law, meets the education needs of its law students and facilitates the teaching, research, scholarship and service undertaken by the law faculty. The library also provides practice-related materials for the use of our alumni and local attorneys.


Students, faculty, and staff on the San Francisco Campus have access to University Libraries digital resources and databases and can request the delivery of books held in the Stockton and Sacramento libraries. University Libraries’ employees support the education and research needs of the San Francsico Campus community.

To best serve the University Libraries community, we ask all members observe established standards of library behavior. Unacceptable behavior interferes with the learning environment and may result in safety hazards, injury or damage.
We ask that community members:
- Behave in a respectful and lawful manner
- Refrain from engaging in any behavior in violation of University policies, including the Student Code of Conduct
- Follow instructions provided by University Libraries staff
- Respect designated quiet areas and quiet times
- Take responsibility for removal of any food waste, trash and/or recycling; clean up any spills and report any residual messes to the library staff
- Refrain from leaving personal property unattended and maintain responsibility for their personal property at all times
- Refrain from using the University Libraries areas for prolonged sleeping or as living quarters
- Understand that strong odors/fragrances interfere with appropriate use of University Libraries spaces and may result in being asked to leave the space
- Ensure that anyone under the age of 12 is accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times

*When the Stockton Library & Learning Center is open after 6 p.m., access to the building is limited to Pacific faculty, students and staff with a valid Pacific ID card. Visitors without valid Pacific identification may be asked to leave the building during this time.

University Libraries is not responsible for items left behind by library users. Items left in the library may be turned into the Lost & Found at the Ask Us Desk (Stockton Campus)/Circulation Desk (Sacramento Campus) near the main entrance.
Items determined to be of value (i.e. wallets, driver's licenses, cell phones, passports, etc.) are transferred to Public Safety as quickly as possible after they are turned in. Please contact Public Safety in person or call 209.946.2537 (Stockton Campus), 916.739.7200 (Sacramento Campus) to inquire about lost items.
Other lost & found articles will be disposed of weekly. Lost Pacific ID cards (aka PacificCard) will be taken to the PacificCard office. Hazardous or perishable items and/or containers will be discarded appropriately when received.
