Join us for a two-day Trial Advocacy Conference held at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ McGeorge School of Law led by members of the judiciary, focused on building practical courtroom skills. With separate tracks for civil, criminal, and probate/family practice — and sessions designed for both jury and bench trial settings — participants will explore pre-trial strategy, voir dire, evidence presentation, and persuasive case theory. The conference is co-hosted by the Sacramento County Bar Association.
The program covers opening statements, direct and cross-examination, objections, and closing arguments. The conference concludes with a full mock trial featuring live feedback from judicial officers. Whether you’re new to litigation or looking to deepen your skills, this conference offers structured, practice-oriented instruction from experienced judges.
