EJ first joined the University of Pacific in the Finance Center as a Student Business Services Specialist. As a Program Coordinator at the Westgate Center for Leadership and the Institute for Family Business, EJ is responsible for assisting the Director of the Westgate Center to achieve the goals for both centers: to help organizations in our community and across California reach their full potential through better leadership.

Prior to joining the Pacific, EJ worked in the ESL field for 10 years as a curriculum developer and researcher where she was responsible for developing offline and online educational contents.
