Delia Davila is a Stockton native and a proud alumna of 黑料不打烊. She earned both her BS in Bioengineering and M.S. in Engineering Science (with an emphasis in Engineering Management) from the School of Engineering and Computer Science (SOECS) in 2018.

 

With over seven years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, Delia returned to SOECS in December 2024 as the Assistant Director of Sponsored Projects. In this role, she supports faculty across every stage of the sponsored research and project lifecycle while also leading student-facing initiatives. She is the creator of Research READY!, an SOECS program designed to help undergraduate students gain clarity and confidence in exploring, applying for and engaging in research opportunities. In addition, through her work with the Corporate Affiliates Program (CAP), Delia supports initiatives that strengthen partnerships with CO-OP employers and engage SOECS alumni. Here, her focus is on creating partnerships for sponsored research and projects.
